Staff at Kristnesspítali hospital in Eyjafjörður are being told to move out of staff housing due to mould. Residents have experienced symptoms and say they are distressed by the situation.
This adds to the difficulties facing Kristnesspítali. Part of the hospital had to be closed due to mould in March, and now staff housing has been assessed as unfit for habitation.
