Today there will be increasing easterly and south-easterly winds, 10 to 18 m/s in the afternoon.
Rain or sleet can be expected at times, but it will remain mostly dry in Northeast Iceland until the evening.
Later in the afternoon the wind will turn southerly. Winds of 8 to 13 m/s can then be expected with showers and sleet showers, first in the southwest. Temperatures will range from 0 to 6 during the day.
