Hikers to bring mobile to Hekla volcano

Police are asking people planing to hike on Hekla to bring their mobiles with them, so they can be warned via sms in case of an a imminent eruption.
Eruptions can start at a very short notice.
In last eruption in 2000, there were 79 minutes from the first quakes until the eruption started.
